A2: One years warranty for the machine and technical support according to your needs.

Q3: Will you provide some spare parts of the air compressor?

A3: Yes, of course.

Q4: What about the voltage of products?

A4: voltage can be customized according to your requirement.

Q5: How to control your quality?

A5:We have professional QC team, control the quality during the mass production and inspect the products before shipping.

Q6:How long is your delivery time ?

A6:1.If there is stock, we can arrange goods at once after we get the payment .

2.If need to be produced, 15-25 working days after receiving payment .

Q7:Can you accept customized orders?

A7:Of course. OEM and ODM customized services are very welcome in our factory.

Q8: What about product package?

A8: We pack our products strictly with standard seaworthy case.

Q9:What is our payment term? What kind of settlement currency do we offer ?

A9:Normally, we can do T/T and LC at sight, for the T/T, 30% will be required as deposit, the balance amount against the copy of the BL. We can accept the currency in USD,EUR or RMB.
